Daun Asam Daging Kambing | Gongura Mutton| Pulicha Keera Mutton Recipe

Step 1 : Gongura leave preparation
Ingredients • 2 bunch of Gongura leaves • SaltMethod
In the pan add the gongura leaves and salt. Cook until all the water dry out
Switch off the flame and let it cool. Blend the leaves and put aside.
Step 2 : Mutton preparation
Ingredients
• 700g Mutton • 1 ½ tablespoon ginger garlic paste • Salt • 1 tablespoon coriander powder • 1 tablespoon cumin powder • 1 tablespoon chili powder • Water
Method
Add the mutton in the pressure cooker, add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, 1/2 cup of water, salt and mix well.
Cook until the mutton pieces are tender. (5 whistles)
