Daun Asam Daging Kambing | Gongura Mutton| Pulicha Keera Mutton Recipe

Delicious finger licking recipe to treat your friends and family.

Step 1 : Gongura leave preparation

Ingredients • 2 bunch of Gongura leaves • Salt

Method
In the pan add the gongura leaves and salt. Cook until all the water dry out Switch off the flame and let it cool. Blend the leaves and put aside.

Step 2 : Mutton preparation

Ingredients 

• 700g Mutton • 1 ½ tablespoon ginger garlic paste • Salt • 1 tablespoon coriander powder • 1 tablespoon cumin powder • 1 tablespoon chili powder • Water


Method

Add the mutton in the pressure cooker, add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, 1/2 cup of water, salt and mix well. Cook until the mutton pieces are tender. (5 whistles)

Step 3 : Gongura Mutton preparation

Ingredients • 2 chopped onions • 1 ½ tablespoon garam masala • ½ tablespoon turmeric • Salt • ½ tablespoon cumin seeds • 1 cinnamon stick • 3 cardamom • 7-8 green chilies • 6-7 garlic

Method

Heat the pan and add oil Add cumin seeds, cinnamon sticks, cardamom and garlic saute it well Now add chopped onion and cook until it turn golden Add turmeric and green chilies. Saute for 2-3 minutes Now you may add the gongura, mix it well and cook on very low flame till oil is out Then add cooked mutton along with the remaining water to the same pan Add ¾ glass of water and mix it. Let it cook for 5-7 minutes. At last add garam masala powder and salt (if required) and mix well another 4-5minutes Switch off the flame and Gongura mutton is ready to serve Thanks for watching.
