Mee Goreng Mamak - Stir Fried Noodles
Stir Fried noodles is everyone’s favorite.
Usually you may have it café, restaurant or grab delivery.
I have tried many places but end up
got disappointed with the taste. So one day I decide to make myself with my own
recipe. OMG the taste is just awesome and I cannot stop eating it!
Trust me you can make a delicious stir-fried noodles at home within 15-20mins and the whole family can enjoy it.

Ingredients
* Oil
* 1 big onion
* 1 medium size tomato
* 2-3 red chilies
* 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
* Blended chili paste
* Green veg
* 450g yellow noodle
* 2 teaspoon dark soya sauce
* 1 ½teaspoon oyster sauce
* 6-7 prawns
* 3 eggs
* Salt
* 50ml water
* Oil
* 1 big onion

* Green veg
* 450g yellow noodle
* 2 teaspoon dark soya sauce
* 1 ½teaspoon oyster sauce
* 6-7 prawns

* 50ml water
Method
1. Heat the pan and add oil
2. Add onion & red chilies
3. Add ginger garlic paste and cook
until the aroma
4. Add the prawn and mix it well
5. Add chili paste and tomato. Cook
until the chili raw smell goes off
6. Add green veg and mix it well
7. Add the seasoning – dark soya sauce
& oyster sauce. Add 50ml of water and mix it
8. Add salt to taste
9. Add yellow noodles and 25ml of water
and cook for 2-3mins.
10. Add eggs and cook another 2-3mins
11. Switch off the flame and enjoy the
